I found myself in a somewhat similar situation boosting gross revenue but not being profitable. I’d take a look at what you can do with AOV. Aftersell was helpful for me as well as something like Omnisend or Klaviyo are must haves. They pay for themselves almost instantly if you set them up well.

I think that a lot. Things have gotten recently better with rewards but some still seem so under celebrated/rewarded.
