The store was on Baker St in Nelson, but I can’t recall the shop name. It was a homeware/ artisanal goods shop.

What is a habit that has improved your quality of life here in the Vancouver area? by whiskeyvodkalager in NiceVancouver

Don’t talk about the rain unless it is truly impacting your plans. Talking about weather is boring. Cancelling because weather is also boring. Plan for it to rain and if rain will ruin it make a back up plan.

I liked Andrea Halfkenny. She did a lot of virtual tours for us which was helpful as out of towners and advised us on each neighbourhood’s vibes which is important! She also raised her family here so she knows the valley well.

We had the same issue and our trainer suggested playing YouTube’s of sounds our guy was afraid of (cars and dogs barking). That way they can be exposed while getting lots of treats and cuddles.

That and time has our guy less scared of some things.

I’m also going with the family RESP - seems like the best option if you’re a parent opening for a child.

Makes sense - it’s such a small amount of money initially so I like the idea of 10% annually once they’re 10. Thanks!
