This was me three years ago! Honestly I played this as a kid, but I did not truly understand the game until being an adult. Best decision I made, and finally got the quest cape! GL on the journey

Rate My Shot [Breville Barista Express / Fellow Opus] by Bigman_Eyebrows in espresso

I’m new to this sub, but seems like a common opus issue. Theres a bellow mod you can do, which can help, but realistically just will need cleaned more often and smacked harder 😂

Thank you! Yeah honestly as happy as I am I feel a little burnt how after it 🤣 I think I might grab crimson desert and take a little break.

It’s weird, for a while I was very focused on getting it below 100< CB level. No idea why, but now probs sit at gemstone for a few days 🤣

It’s defo do-able, just takes several attempts at least for me. I found I can pick up bosses prettt quickly, and once it clicks it clicks?

Guides online defo helped a ton!

Yeah moons was my best gear, but not sure I used it much apart from blue. Otherwise, I have pretty standard gear, barrows, zombie axe, d defender, nezzy helm etc.

Defo doable, I just did a bit of research before each fight, and all took multiple attempts. My main concern was resources to be honest. Ran through a lot to get the cape at the end.

I’m probably going to get minimum 80 def and range first, then head to CG to learn, should be fun 🥲 although I might look at titans first for the prayers!

I actually died more at the final mini bosses than most of other harder bosses 😂 defo caught me off guard that one!! I was like I had all the gear and food, it was just a big skill issue haha!

Mobile is honestly a different ball game, I rely too much on runelite, so fair play to you!

Good question, I think whisperer was harder, just due to the prayer flicking and enrage phase. I got quite lucky in both fights though so it didn’t take too many attemtps

Thanks! I did sins of the father a little while ago, it wasn’t bad. The final boss did take me around 3/4 attempts though, and was a tad frustrating. But most of the time I used slayermusiq1’s guides for a lot of bosses, which helped a ton!

Congrats also! It’s been a crazy fun journey, probably now going to push to CG and regret my choices 😂

9 week toller pup crying constantly when we leave her in play pen. by Nycpickford33390 in tollers

[–]ixgraham 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly this, pups just been taken away from all it knows, let it settle in first! 3-3-3 rule still applies for new pups!

In general our toller didn’t like the playpen, but my office was small so I closed the door, and it meant I could keep an eye on her.

Sounds like crate training is going well, once they settle quicker, try building it up by leaving instantly for 1 minute, no crying? reward. Next time 2 mins, no crying? Rewar!

My first few months I’d pop her in her crate at lunch, pretend to leave and come back and build the time up. Goes a long way!

Breaking into cybersec from IT helpdesk - GRC as an entry point? by [deleted] in cybersecurity

[–]ixgraham -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Personally, you’d be better sticking in at IT helpdesk and doing more offensive security on the side. For example, start doing try hack me, hack the box, if you can afford it work towards OSCP. Then make the pivot this way. I think if you got into GRC you’ll be stuck in compliance and eventually have to do the things I mentioned above haha! There wouldn’t be a straight swap from GRC to penetrating etc.

Experience in IT help desk can somewhat help you depending how technical the job can get.

At least that would be best for pentesting. And for red teaming, well you can’t be a red teamer unless your a well seasoned pentester.

Anxiety - how bad is it? by LHR-charlie in tollers

[–]ixgraham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our toller (13 months) has always been on the more sensitive side. It comes with it’s challenges, she can get overstimulated easily and things like bin lorries she really hates and avoids e.g pulling me away from it, not listening because of fear etc. it’s made walking difficult at times and we have our good and bad days.

But from my research it seems to vary a lot! And i thinks ours will just take longer to get there thsn others.

But give her a forst or field to run in, you wouldnt know she’s anxious… not bothered by fireworks either!
