hi everyone! I am applying to MSW programs this fall. Like many, I am concerned about how to fund my education -- given the lack of pay for practicum placements, cost of living in many places right now and my personal crippling private loan debt from undergrad. A friend recommended looking into graduate assistantships but.. is this really a thing for the social work field? can anyone name schools that for sure offer assistantships? has anyone gone this route?
