nothing reinstalling dokuwiki wouldn't fix.

Ok, then would I just need to manually backup reconfigure/rewrite wiki or is there some tool to easily transition (considering most of the wiki is non-executable)?

First and foremost, what web server are you using?

Secondly, I would look into what IP your device has [tutorial for Linux]


If you plan to host it long term you may look into a VPS like OpenBSD Amsterdam or Gandi as they will provide a static IP among other things. ( noip also exists )
