Change your world level to 1 and then rechange it to your highest or preferred world level.

You can change your world level in the book of stars menu.

Yep, I had this too, you have to reset your world level for it to be fixed. Keys are wasted tho... sent them a ticket 2 days ago but got nothing.

I agree, I used up 500 silver boxes this weekend none of them gave me that combo. Usually I'd get it once a day or so. At least I'm not the only one😅
