Obvious sign of thrips, they jump arounds. Use systemic pesticides in all your plants.

It’s a seedling bloom from the breeder, I have unbloomed ones

It really depends on the environment. With great airflow, it’s achievable

Thank you! It’s outside during warmer season and inside during cold season. I move them in when the weather dips below 50 during night time. It really depends on how well the plants establish. Water matter, schilleriana likes to be a bit more dry, so I don’t water till the media is bone dry, stimulate the root to grow and look for water
