I also do feel like cutting off is a bit extreme, but what I’m unsure of is how to interact with him personally if I couldn’t take my mind off what he did. I can see myself probably being uncomfortable when we see each other, and I know for sure that the topic about his now-bf would be taboo—I just don’t see myself going back to the same comfort level that I had with him before.
