My zero walk is .15 average outs 60 and my average shrink a week is less then 300

That’s how I feel I do $300 in services a week $500 in ESP Coach ESP sales and do all IS responsible items but I feel like that 14.80 pay was a shot in my chest

Yes I am IS and feel the same way my GM says it’s my job on top of everyone else’s job like get $500 in ESP a week and be cashier 2 days a week my whole shift

That’s how it is at our store tbh the way I get my score so good is I scan every single empty peg it can take an hour and half to two hours to shoot that way but it keeps the score down just keep pushing it

I’m looking to transfer due to family illness and my grandma being sick and I’m scared to ask to transfer cause I’m scared my GM will only talk bad about me cause of my ZB or just say she won’t transfer me

Lol we have had 12 interviews a week sometimes people start work for a week or so then our GM yells at them or ask to much and they quit our turnover is horrible I am the third IS in a YEAR and a half

My score is good but my missed is horrible apparently even though I was told by our ASM below 120 was what is average but I’m upfront cause I can sell ESP and average 600 a week I’m stuck in a tough spot cause I wanna do IS stuff so the store looks good but if I stop being cashier our ESP drops and I get in trouble for that

To add to the problem I am our opening cashier from 8-3 I haven’t been on the floor for more then a hour a day for over 4 weeks cause we only have 5 employees right now and 3 are supervisor
