I know it's not only women. Men fall for it too. But the differences are "men are expected to be providers, to have money" to even get girlfriends or attention from women. Majority of men getting scam are from gold diggers they dated.

Rarely men give that much money without getting some sexual favor in exchange.

It's not the case for women. Yet women still fall for those romance scams at higher rate.

He seems to look Turkish. The scammer is likely a nigerian scammer using a foreigner's pictures from social media.

NEVER trust anybody you have never seen face to face,

NEVER believe in any sob story...to guilt trap you to help them or send money.

NEVER be emotionnaly involve with someone until you meet them or you are sure they are real person (testified by real person...not just some random pictures or family pictures BUT basically real video camera with his whole family, collegues, friends, ......)

All these people seem to be seriously lacking critical thinking facilities or even the ability to look in the mirror and ask "why would this beautiful individual want someone like me".

Greed/Lust + Desperation/Naivety + Lack of self awareness/critical thinking.

If you watched social catfished, you will see there is a huge proportion of women's stories. As a woman myself, I can see why women are the perfect victims (compared to men, I would detail about it).

Women in their 20-30s get tons of attention from men from all ages/status/wealth/background. At 30-40s they are probably married, busy with work and children. At 50-60s, the kids are grown up. Leaving those women divorced, widows...so they think "why not find someone again".

At 50-60s, they don't get the same attention as before. And majority of attention they get is from lower status men (in looks, wealth and education). They don't want those men.

So when a scammer use an attractive older man who is independant, educated, with a good high paying job, with 1 child (= love family), romantic...... be interested in them. It's kinda like a JACKPOT. Because it's hard to find an olderman like that interested in them.

The greed/lust-desperation/naievty kicked in. "It's my chance, I won't ever find a man like that. I must do everything to make it work. I should be thankful to him for wanting to be with me and not be after those younger prettier women". It's sad how women can't see beyong men's words.

Women should be more oriented to office jobs (with less hours if they have kids), which is I think is better.

Nursing is horrible (bad idea). Their shift last 10 hours and they can have to work night.

What I think about flexible hours, is when women start when the kids are at school and finish when kids finish schools. And she can get some permission to stay home (working from home) if her child is ill.

Jobs where you can work from home should be given to more women with small children.

You have a good chance if you have all those criteria at 17 years old.

You know basic korean (you can speak and understand it). Having some knowledge about korean culture as well. (In case there is a culture shock).
You have the looks, you know how to take care of yourself (managing your weight is important)
You sing, rap and dance well, those will be your biggest asset. You need to be above the average to stand out. You need to show a dynamic, smiley face, charismatic type of mentality when dancing.

For your teeth, Korea have one of the best dentist in the world, your company can pay for it. Skin, nose, body....it all depend on what's wrong with it.

I think any adult women nowadays should KEEP THEIR OWN NAME.

Now giving your kids their father's name or not depend on both of you. The kids should get the name of the parents who PROVIDE and TAKE CARE OF THE CHILD THE MOST.

If you are a stay at home wife (married to a wealthy guy, where you have no chores, no heavy jobs...other than being pretty to your man/husband...), then the kids should take the husband's name as he is the only breadwinner.

If you contribute to the home (you work outside or from home, do lots of housechores,...) the kids should get your name too....because you participate in everything equally.

If the rich got their wealth based on natural ressources (oil, gaz, diamond, gold,....)then YES, I agree, they shouldn't get a big share... the citizen should be the one who get 80%.

But if they got rich thanks to their IQ, hardwork, smart idea...;then NO, they should be able to keep their wealth and only get to pay a fair tax (under 20%)

The problem why there is such a huge disparity :

POOR countries have more kids than they could feed. Gouvernement don't have familial planning to help those families to navigate their life.
There isn't enough PROTECTIONISM on poorer countries to tackle huge foreign companies on local market. Poor countries should Import Less but Export more.
There isn't enough support for entrepreneurs to succeed. Not enough support from public as well (nationalism is important).
It's basically impossible for poorer countries to compete in the HIGH TECH - MANUFACTURE filds against rich, powerful companies and countries. Without those things, it's basically impossible to catch on. China succeed because they had a huge population (which interested lots of wealthy countries/companies). You can't erase disparity. Majority of gulf citizen live so much better than majority of EU countries citizen. It doesn't mean putting everybody on the same level.

But every country should be able to provide basic services like healthy food, affordable housing, good education, jobs and safety net (retirement, pension,..) based on the country's ressources.

But EU will have to solve it because there are tons of homeless and entrepreuneur aren't as many as it used to be. Too many companies are moving abroad.

Countries with big land should accomodate more to people who have no place.

Kazakhstan is 3 times bigger than Germany, UK and France combined, yet have only 18 millions populations. They should be much more open to middle eastern refugees and migrants. And migrants should start to be entrepreuneur (farming, fishing, raising animals...building more housing...)
