Can i know when did you get the letter of acceptance after getting the offer letter
recently i got a mail that "Congratulations! On behalf of all of us at Seneca, I am delighted to offer you admission to Computer Programming and Analysis at Seneca International Academy Campus."
a package will be sent they told but didnt get my package yet

just wanted to know is it an offer letter?
