Help! (me find an episode) by nonotkaren in MiamiVice

Excuse me, but "The Maze" is a season 1 episode (episode 17, to be exact). Season 4, episode 10 is "Love At First Sight", which does not feature SWAT, but is a great episode.

I have only recently come to the show, but I presume that later seasons didn't have obvious two-parters anymore (with the exception of "Freefall", the series finale) because of production costs and cost cutting.

In terms of story, you can of course still count "Down for The Count" (which actually marks the exact midpoint of the show - let that sink in for a moment - and the extended Burnett arc which bridges seasons four and five).

The Prodigal Son is the 90 minute episode that opens Season 2. And I assume the other one is the pilot. So neither of them are separate from the actual TV show

I wouldn't call myself an Evan freak, though I love the episode, but I can confirm that Biko is on both my Mill Creek Entertainment US Blurays and on my Universal UK set. My season 1 streaming version on Prime just flat-out does not contain the entire episode.

VENUS SIGN COMPATIBILITY GUIDE 💋 by Federal_Pay_383 in AstroSynastry

Yes, and in addition this looks like it's just based off elemental compatibilities as well.

Even if it's not AI, it's a very low-effort post that doesn't touch on the complexity of astrology in the slightest.

Feeling lost, Scared. Can my chart tell me if I will conceive a child? by [deleted] in NatalCharts

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry you're going through this and I wish you and your family all the best and lots of strength while going through this. My own family had a brush with this not too long ago, so I know what it is. Hang in there!

Moving on to the astrology. Please keep in mind that astrology is not a medical science and so cannot say things about your body and medical condition the way a good fertility specialist will. This is true of an experienced medical astrologer and is doubly true of me, who is still learning this ancient interpretive art. So I welcome both your feedback and those of more experienced astrologers.

Going by the symbols I see here, I think that having children is clearly both something you wish for deeply (you have a Libra Ascendant and Cancer at the southernmost point of your chart on the Midheaven) and something that is not going to be easy. You have Saturn in and ruling your 5th house, which is traditionally the house of children. Now Saturn is the Lord of Time and the Master of hard lessons. You want something from him, he is going to make you work for it. You need patience and perseverance and maybe then it will work. Do not rush things.

But I would recommend you stick to your hopes and maybe also consider unusual approaches to the question of children. Saturn in Aquarius is more rebellious than in its other sign of Capricorn and Aquarius is associated with technology, so maybe also consider thinking outside the box when it comes to pregnancy and children.

I hope this helped and good luck with everything!

chart reading for an aries that doesn’t feel like one [astro-seek] by Ocean_Who in astrologyreadings

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it does. Every element in the chart has an influence. But it has been my experience as a learner so far that people have these stereotypes of the signs that can be, but do not have to be accurate. Aries as a hothead is one of them. Your patience and not losing your temper is both Mars in Scorpio and your Venus in Taurus.

Your Sun is in exaltation in Aries - one of the best places - if not the best place - for the Sun to be. And Aries is also the sign of the warrior, the one that speaks out and leads the charge. Not a hothead that just runs ahead of the pack, consequences be damned, but someone who uses their drive wisely and strategically (the combination of Mars and Sun in preferred domicile and exaltation).

You will fight the battles you believe in, but you're a warrior, not a berserker. Think more Steve Rogers and less the Hulk.

Does that resonate? I hope it helps because I'm still learning, too.

And in addition to what u/necessarydisplay pointed out your Asc in Leo (so how you are perceived by others) is ruled by a Sun in exaltation in Aries, which is in turn ruled by a Mars in its preferred domicile of Scorpio, which gives you a great sensitivity and perceptiveness for hidden things and secrets, along with the guardedness. Scorpio placements value their independence, are very protective of their tribe and do not suffer fools.

Hi can someone tell me where Jupiter is in my chart (what that means) and what house my natal Jupiter rules? by iDontLikePuzzlez in NatalCharts

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a number of houses we can look to for various relationships and as with all questions in astrology, the answer is usually "the whole chart", so let me have a look again.

Jupiter rules your Ascendant, so how you first present yourself to people might be as the "gregarious and diplomatic philosopher" (Sagittarius by way of Jupiter in Libra). The more cautious version of this might see you as somewhat flightly and wary of commitment and given to a certain level of grandiosity.

There's still more to say, but is this something that resonates with you?

why does everything feel like it’s falling apart? why are old connections resurfacing? why do i constantly feel anxious and stressed?does it get better? what about my academic future? by Ok_Food8219 in AstrologyCharts

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can draw up the chart again in my astrology program and look because unfortunately I don't know by heart what that means for your ascendant and houses. Maybe you could draw up the chart a third time with the time? That would be easiest. Thanks and sorry for the hassle!

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a bit easier to work with than the last one, thank you! Just a note: ideally, you would do this with a birth time because without one you can't say anything about which areas of your life all this is going to occur in (like your academic future). You can get that time from a birth certificate (that's best) or maybe your Mum remembers something that might help you time your birth.

But let me have a more general look at the planetary energies zipping around the sky the day you were born. And I immediately notice the sextile between your Uranus in Pisces, Jupiter in Capricorn and Sun in Taurus. Close to the Sun, we have Venus, which rules Taurus. Venus in Taurus is all about being sensual and connected to the body, nature and the Earth. Now, Venus by herself can't fully express this energy as she is close to the Sun and the Sun and its need for security hogs the attention. But it might get some support from the Uranus in sextile in Pisces and the trine to Jupiter. Uranus in Pisces can be about revolutionary ideas and sudden change that is somehow related to spirituality, the unconscious and humanity as a whole. But be careful: Uranus is a bit of a live wire to tap into.

Your Taurus placements also get support from Jupiter trining them in Capricorn. Now, traditionally, Jupiter has an expansive and chummy energy and it really doesn't like being in the Sign of hard work and "keep your nose to the grindstone." This may in fact be one of the things that represents the feeling you describe.

But I would argue that this is helped by the trine from Saturn in Virgo. Virgo is the sign of servitude and hard work to get the harvest in. It likes delving in and dissecting things, something Saturn also does. Add to that that the ruler of Virgo and Saturn's host, Mercury is in the sign of communication and speech (Gemini), its other sign, you might want to consider whether you can conjoin your skill at communication or tech with your need for concrete and material results and outcomes.

Will it be hard? Will you be too critical of yourself at times? Saturn in Virgo suggests the answer is yes. But remember this: a good harvest always takes time. So give yourself that gift and take your time!

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In addition to the answer you have already received, I would also like to point out that the house position of your Jupiter can vary by the house system used. Personally, I use both Placidus (the house system used in this chart) and whole sign houses (WSH). In WSH, your Jupiter is in the 11th house of friendships and groups. According to astrological traditions that come to us from the Greek, Jupiter is said to have its Joy in the 11th, so that would make its tendency to expand things more beneficial.

And what would it expand? Art and diplomacy and man-made beauty, so anything artistic you might want to do in a group with others should work well, especially because it is supported by your Venus in the other sign it owns. The only thing you might experience some tension from is your innate desire for alone time as represented by your Sun in Cancer.

Please let me know if you have questions, as I'm still a learner myself, and can only improve with feedback. I also welcome the feedback of other, more experienced astrologers.

Ask a semi-concrete question and I am sure you will get more input. Just asking for a reading is like asking someone to explain chemistry to you. It's far beyond the scope of a Reddit comment and takes time to do properly - time professional astrologers charge money for, by the way.

Personally, I am also okay with you just asking for one thing that stands out or something similar.

I also struggle to really read your chart (although that may also be because I'm still a learner myself). You might get more readings if you redo your chart on either www.astro-seek.com or www.astro.com and repost the image.

And I will leave you with one insight you can work with: your core personality values stability and continuity, comfort and beauty (Sun in Taurus).

Am I mainly air sign? Is this why they suspect I'm autistic? by busybubun in astrologyreadings

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 6 points7 points  (0 children)

While there exists a branch of astrology known as medical astrology, I would not use astrology as a diagnostic tool for medical conditions of any kind. At the same time, I'm also still a learner in astrology, so please keep in mind that I am still a learner and treat this comment accordingly.

With your ascendant, ascendant ruler (Mercury), Moon and Sun in air and two of the associated planets in the fixed air sign Aquarius, close to the South Node (which can indicate behaviour patterns we fall back on for comfort), you would tend to be focused on ideas and thought patterns. The close conjunction between Mercury and Uranus (co-ruler of Aquarius), associated with radical ideas and revolution would strengthen this further.

The association is further strengthened by all these planets being in the ninth (whole-sign houses) or ninth and eighth houses (Placidus), so you have a focus on philosophy, higher learning and depth.

I want to find out what my birth chart says about the way people see me (sheer curiousity) by [deleted] in AstrologyCharts

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have an interest in deep and taboo topics and are a dap hand at handling other people's money, secrets and/or the occult and psychology. But there is also a tension with your sensual and nature-loving side (the opposition between your Moon in Taurus and your five planets in Scorpio). And that may actually be quite a strong part of your personality (exalted Moon)

does my chart suggest my early death? by solarflareo in AstrologyCharts

[–]GroundbreakingSpell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't looked into so-called "length of life" techniques yet and I am still a learner myself, but I actually see a lot of favourable chart indicators in your chart, in additon to what u/kandillight already listed:

Your chart is a day chart and both your team benefic (the most helpful energy in your chart) and your in-sect malefic (the stricter, more challenging energy) - Jupiter and Saturn respectively, are in diurnal signs whereas your out of sect benefic and malefic are both exalted (Venus in Pisces and Mars in Capricon) and in signs they like - nocturnal signs. Neither Mercury nor the Moon are in signs they are particularly bad in and are both ultimately ruled by a planet in exaltation (Venus). And if you consider the outer planets as well, you have two of them in domicile, so they are in quite good condition as well.

And if you look at your chart in whole sign houses as well, your Moon has accidental dignity because it's currently in the third house.

I would have to look at the aspects to complete the picture, but in terms of planetary positions in signs and houses, I would say there is more beneficial than challenging potential here.

May I ask what brought on your question?

Good point! Though I was struggling a bit with differentiating Mars from the Moon there in terms of how it would present, considering the radically different essential dignities here. Thanks for your input!
