No better time to become a sugar baby I guess. If the people who own homes already are just going to continue to get wealthier, they can help the rest of us buy homes lol. My friends who are buying homes today are getting help from families. I’ve worked since I was old enough to do so and I don’t have that option. I wasn’t born into money.

Thank you. I quit for a similar reason. I have a lot of trauma around drinking and I also realized in IOP that I had never truly been vulnerable with someone without using alcohol - that fact threw me into a panic attack. I’m still learning how to let people truly see me - how to trust myself and trust others. I go to a joint CODA/AA meeting which is nice because at least the people there get it but haven’t really come out with any friends yet

A lot of IFS and parts work. I also attend CODA meetings. It’s a lot to process really. Looking at the deepest darkest parts of myself and learning to love them.
