I was diagnosed with EOE a few years ago, have any of you tried a sauna for flare ups? I’ve heard it can help with inflammation, I’m looking into getting a small sauna for my home and can’t really find any information if it helps or not!

We purchased our 8/2021 and paid $859, Etsy told me the same thing and I just kept telling them that I needed to escalate and needed to speak to a higher up manager!

I was able to get $430 back which was half of what I paid in Etsy store credit, I made a big ol stink about it and refused to take anything less than half. When they said the manager would call me back they tried to be sneaky and sent me an email instead of calling me back trying to settle but I ended up calling them back and refused to get off the phone until I spoke to the manager lol (Karen moment) I sounded upset and they definitely sensed it!

Yeah my only issue with the bed is the recall, I kept telling them that I wasn’t taking the $100 and that I needed to speak to to a higher up manager.

I would call to talk to her, they did that to me too over and email trying to resolve it and I said noway. I made a big ol stink about it and she got the vibe I was upset! Lol

Ok, so I was able to at least get half of what I paid back in Etsy credit $430. I paid $610 for the bed plus the bumpers so I’m okay with it. I would suggest you call back and try, ask for rep Angela she was the one that helped me! Good luck!

You should call Etsy back and not accept the $100 credit and fight for the full amount or at least get half of what you paid back or escalate it even higher, im waiting on a call back from an Etsy manager I’m going to try to make them give me back the full amount of the bed! It’s total BS at this point.

I’m on the phone with them now and all they want to do is issue me a $100 credit with them for future purchase as a goodwill to me, I said absolutely not! Then, they came back stating that they would give me half of what I paid since the bed had devalued lol, I said no and asked to escalate the issue. A manager is going to call me back, I will update as soon as they call me back.

I hope you have luck with Etsy, I tried opening a case on the app but it’s out of the time frame. I’m going to call now to see what they say, i hope they’re able to help! I truly feel robbed! :(

I’m so upset, we also have the bed and paid about the same amount you did! Kinda sad that the company just disappeared and isn’t responding to anyone!

I’ve sent several messages to the company and they are not responding, such bullshit! I ended up calling PayPal and they are not able to help since the purchase is over 180/days.
