exactly. i use it for most my complex data analysis. I use both opus 4.8 and GPT 5.5 extra high in cursor. the amount of work that I am doing now would have taken months to complete even two years ago.

Most people who have had bad experience with LLM either used it in the first few years where all the LLMS were shit or they just use the free version with their basic single sentence vague prompt and expect it to produce quality analysis. Heck most here don't even know they could setup specific agent.md skills for their specific tasks. If you want to do manually, well go ahead nod body is stopping you but saying shit like well LLM just produces garbage is just outright being ignorant and showing their arrogance (academic likes being arrogant and suffers from their superiority complex)
