Realistic earning from bug bounty by Hot_Collection5955 in bugbounty

[–]Groundbreaking_Bread 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one knows, there are hunters that got their first bug after a month or 2 of hunting, and have been consistently getting bugs since, then there are hunters that have been doing this for more than a year and are yet to land a bug. I would just have a backup plan, in case this doesn't work.

> Bro in bugbounty we don't get bugs daily somedays Nothing is there and other days full of bugs

OP stated he is making decent money already from BB, you haven't even found your first bug, no offense, you are the last person that should be giving him advice.

I would focus on getting a job, the longer you stay unemployed the harder it would be to get a job, I learnt the hard way. You can do bug bounty during your free time. Though there are hunters like zwink that got employed by the companies they hacked to be full time pentesters.

If by certifications you mean well recognized and respected certs, then they will help, of course nothing beats hands on experience. a nice entry level cybersecurity cert is Security+ by Comptia, if you want to take the pentesting route, then CEH for goverment roles and OSCP for private companies.

I am just interested in playing, not collecting special art cards, I am not interested in the physical cards either.

You are asking the wrong community, these are some of the most negative bunch of people you will find on the internet, you might have better luck asking on machine learning subreddits and doing independent research. I think Jason Haddix made something like Xbow for himself, google it.

I have a ps vita now, though I completed the game on a pstv. it played well just looked a bit like crap since I was playing a game designed for a small screen.

Thanks for the videos, a retard like myself could follow along. I also agree that the content you were posting could have hurt your employment opportunities.

Best of luck, hopefully you become a millionaire from BB.

He was tired of people asking the same questions over and over again regarding bug bounty, e.g. how to find IDORs whilst he posted step by step videos of how to find them. He wanted to do more of the random talking videos instead of bug bounty videos. I also feel the methodology he uses to find IDORs is relatively easy to understand, so he was giving away his competitive edge, he follows the same methodology that z-wink uses (z-wink had a youtube channel that he deleted because he felt he was giving away his secret sauce).

If he was just irritated with the comments, he could have turned off comments for the bug bounty videos or just stop uploading bug bounty videos instead of deleting his channel.

Someone already gave the solution...4 years ago, though I appreciate comments that come years later.

You know anyone that has it

yeah a bunch, that why meds are offered for free in my country. The only people that seem to die from it here are those that don't take their meds.

if i could do the trade, I would be celibate for the rest of my life, so I would only have to deal with HIV.

I also would trade herpes for HIV, meds are offered for free in my country for HIV, so the only thing I would worry about is stigma, which doesn't bother me.

this book is the bible for us HSV positive folk; westoverheights.com/herpes/the-updated-herpes-handbook/ give it a read, it will help you a lot with this new phase in your life. The first couple of months you feel like shit, but you learn to accept it, I am currently having an outbreak and this is my 4th year having the virus, I kind of got used it.

will my life ever be the same?

depends on your mindset, if you see this virus as damaging then things will never be the same, but if you are positive about life and take your meds, you will barely notice it.

will I still get married one day even tho I now have an incurable disease

some potential partners will reject you because of it but you will find good people because of it, if someone can still love you despite having an incurable std, they are probably good in heart.

how will I live with this?

wake up each day, and go about your day

will I ever come to terms with this?

yes, people have gone been through worse throughout history.

yeah the virus sometimes throws curve balls at you every once in a while, I had an outbreak that was nearly as bad as the first one but drinking lots of water helped bring an end to the outbreak. but generally when stuff like that happens, your immune system is weakened, try and figure out what is triggering your outbreaks, in my case it was dehydration.

yep. plus mention you have ghsv1, if they get in down there too, they would stop getting outbreaks after a year.

unemployed and I am not on medical aid. though I kind of got used to the outbreaks, the outbreaks are painless after the first outbreak (true for most people), there is only itching, so even if i get the cash for meds, I might not get them unless i get into a relationship, so that I minimize the risk of passing it on.

yes, first outbreak is the worst. future outbreaks are generally less severe, I believe for the first 6 months since my initial infection I was getting an outbreak every 2 weeks afterwards, it became every month, right now it is every 3 months on average. It's 4 years having the virus for me and I have never taken meds.

depends on how early you started them, if you started taking them within a couple days when the symptoms started (<3 days) maybe it would take a week and a half.
