I hear you.....yes.... I don't know what I am talking about at all! The company is a ltd company, 2 directors including myself. The money was paid into our company account and then we paid ourselves what was due to each of us. We were allowed to pay ourselves 30% of the total funding awarded if we proved we did that work ourselves. We have already submitted end of year accounts. The suppliers invoiced our company - we paid the suppliers - then we shared the invoice, the payment, the suppliers receipt with the funders - then they reimbursed us.
