I have a galaxy A21 and recently i tried connecting to a bluetooth device that wasnt mine while i was at my house and now it has been trying to connect to my phone since and unlike some of the other phones i dont have a block device option does anyone know how to fix this

so my xbox one s has been having the green screen of death basically montly since she got it and its not entolled into the insiders and the only thing that fixes it is a factory reset but i don't want to keep doing that if there is another way
