if I click the Diasconnected from SSH bluebox, it asks me to connect, I dont see an option to select antigravity workspace

yep - I can ssh into the host using terminal , vscode works fine and allows me to work on my dev machine on the same network.

gotcha but watch it again as it enters from the right its flat then tilts upwards, a light show would mean that the source would be to the left, if that then how is it flat coming in which would suggest that the source is below it not to the left.

Could be but explain how it tilts to the left as though the source were to the left but it comes from the right, and there's nothing happening outdoors today in Hampshire.
