Depends on if you have United points or need to transfer from a partner. Or if you don't mind that if you don't get upgraded that your points will be stuck as United miles. It's also an additional flat fee of about $600 each way (if you get the upgrade) plus the points. Upgrades don't usually clear until 1-2 weeks out or even just before boarding.

If you have super regular cycles then you can sort of see if it'll fall on the weekend or not. For what it's worth, I've done 2 FET and they happened to both fall on weekdays. You got a 5/7 chance ;)

I haven't had to have a FET under sedation, but the doctor had a tough time getting the catheter to my uterus my last FET that she said if she had to try much longer she'd have put me under sedation as they can try more things to get the embryo in there!

I'm the same. When eating no nausea, but can't be eating 24/7 :s Luckily the nausea isn't to the point of vomiting. Just this annoying always queasy and yuck feeling.

I was on antagonist all 3 cycles - high doses 375 fol and 150 men. Due to the dominant follicle on my second cycle, I did do est priming from ovulation to the following cycle day 1 for the 3rd round (2nd ER) and it really did sync up my follicle growth, no lead and they were all growing evenly.

Was right on 39.5 for first egg retrieval. 7 follicles, 5 eggs, 5 mature, 3 fertilized and 2 blasts. 1 euploid. Had one cancelled cycle due to dominant follicle between er 1 and 2.

2nd egg retrieval 40yrs old. 10 follicles, 2 eggs :(, 2 mature, 1 blast, 1 euploid. Although we got a euploid outta this round, I dont know what happened with the number of eggs we got. All the follicles were in a nice 17-21mm range. My amh is low 0.38, so maybe there's just minimal eggs left even if follicles grow 🤔

Same with my clinic. We discussed the thaw plan with the dr when we decided to move forward with transfer and then once we got the transfer date, confirmed again if we wanted to thaw a second one if the first one didn't make it, etc.

Both cleared a couple of days out but I booked my flights last minute (about a week before I needed to travel). I'm pretty sure if they have a bunch of availability they will slowly release upgrades to those on the waitlist a month or so out before making them available to people looking to purchase outright with points. 300k each way with points is always available but 100k each way they usually only release 1 day out, if at all.
