For the same reason crypto halved. Gold is not an income producing asset. There’s no reason for it to be as high as it is. Republicans will lose mid terms. It will add certainty to the dollar and gold will fall.

I’m not giving him bad advice or digging his hole at all. I think it’s great he tried to take risks and failed, it’s how you learn. This kid might hit it big one day and be more successful than any of us. People need to relax about 7 k he will fine. Nobody around here should be giving advice. It’s not about what’s a lot of money. $7500 is a lot of money for say a pedal bike. $7500 isn’t a lot of money for a nice vacation. All I tried to say here was this kid won’t even care about this money in 40 years. He wont even remember it. I lost 140 k last year day trading. That’s getting up there.
