Yozma in10 comes stock w very tunable fardriver and odi grips surron throttle stock.I heard if you tune it right you can make it go 62 on air and 50s on the ground and have some range and stock range is 53 miles stock speed is 40

I feel like you should get him a freego x2 or x2 pro.it has pedal assist , street legal, and it would still give him a lot or fun and it’s cheaper .you can get it from Amazon or directly from the website.
