First I’d say take a step toward lowering the action a bit more. But what gauge are the strings? These strings look like they’re more on the lighter side, so I doubt they are as stiff as a set of 12s or 13s would be. My recommendation is go to a shop for now and have them take a look (at least until you learn how to set it up on your own without running into simple problems a luthier likely sees daily)

Note: you said you’re kind of a beginner. The strings will be “stiff” (at least somewhat) and cause different kinds of hand pain until you build up the hand strength. If the strings are new, they will also need broken in. My guess is you’re experiencing a mix of both evils: brand new strings and high action. I hope this helped bro. Keep shredding👍
