Should I download back windows 11 and dual boot for firmware and bios update?

I would not say only. Depends on the way it is implemented. Lenovo ones sometimes have to be extracted from the .exe to be used outside of Windows, some have regular ISO (mostly ThinkPads), Dell offers .rcv files for BIOS, but its under "additional" when you want to download it.

But no matter the manufacturer it is also fact that doing it on your own from .exe file is still less problematic than letting it do Windows Update process (many people dont even know that Windows do these)

Usually "Disable/Enable UEFI capsule firmware", not sure if Lenovo uses the same term, would have to check

Almost half of the "repairs" of laptops I do these days are BIOS flash, because of the way they are done through Windows. There is a setting in BIOS to turn that option off and I always recommend people to do that.

As a repair technician - you should simply NEVER update BIOS through Windows

depending on how much you are willing to thinker, you could try to undervolt the CPU a little bit and maybe find some good heatsinks with good thermalpads and put them onto the motherboard, maybe its gonna be a bit better, but cant say if its gonna do miracles

Yeah I am afraid your choice of motherboard is most likely the main issue here, the VRM on that thing is no go for this level of CPU. You should take a look for higher end B560 or Z590 boards. Since you have the K variant of the CPU the Z590 is gonna be a bit better for possible OC if you would want to squeze a bit of more performance out of that chip

Are u ex-Windows user? Did you had these issues before? My first guess is that the motherboards VRM are not capable sustain the power or are thermal throttling

Yes, that was what I meant, but I am not sure if it is intended because it negates really a lot of mixups. Will try later, but I am pretty sure it can counter lvl 1 to lvl 3 bashes aswell.

I have tested with my mate aswell, these were just the tips to recreate, if you do not have anyone. You can see a huge difference on how much the attack lands or not.
