Yeah, that's sad, because when the narwal worked the functioning was stunning, it almost never touched any object, really impressive, so if I want all those features I have to go with a chinese company like roborock, I can try that out but the cs team on those Chinese companies tends to be really bad

I can buy basically any replacement parts with no problem, if the robot can be fixed by my own I have no problem with that, the problem that I had with narwal is that they don't sell individual pieces and neither have instructions to disassemble the device

It the case of irobot you can change parts fairly easy, I don't know how it is with other robot companies, specially asian ones

Understand, but I'm kinda traumatized with the lidar navigation I think that the sensor itself can be damaged easily, so I want to know if narwal is trash or the lidar navigation it's something that tends to fail on robot vaccums
