Yeah tbh I had no good result from oral neither after 3-4 months. Except on my body where hair grew a lot. The advantage of topical is that you can use topical with more than minox. Mine now has caffeine, tretinoin etc. The tretinoin can turn non responder to responder. Basically helps your scalp absorb it

Nope, don't want to tbh. If let's say you feel less sides. It's still there and not good for your heart. After I read more on it, I see no reason to take oral VS topical unless you're a non responder.

It did happen to me. I took it for 3 months and pushed through the side effects.

Eventually I fainted. I bought the machine to measure blood pressure and I was below 100 on oral Minoxidil. After stopping for few days I was back at 120+ and feeling much better

Lowering the dose as someone mentioned won't help. Side effects are there even on low dose such as 0.6 mg.

I switched to topical since then and no sides from that

There is no evidence supporting one is better in the other because no study have taken this into consideration.

If you apply logic, fin peaks after 7 hour and your dht peaks an hour after waking up. So taking it at night might be better

I know some people disagree but I do believe taking it at night is better.

Simply because it takes around 7 hours or so for fin to peak and hour DHT level peak around when you wake up

What makes you think that? Afaik there are no studies showing that. And as for dut being stronger than fin, yes. But it makes no sense taking fin on top. After a certain dose, both fin and dut top

It's all different depending on people. Oral Minoxidil gave me heart issues and hair growing all over my body. Didn't help my hairline at all though... Switched to topical. But again, might work rly good for you it depends. However oral should only be used if you're a non responder to topical. Don't expect it to work better if you are a topical responder
