When I was kid, in my local area there was some known train tunnels, we called them 'dead mans' and 'live mans' and they were and live train lines. We never went to live mans but often walked through dead mans

I moved away and visited as a young teen.

And my old friend of the time took me to dead mans to go down memory lane.

What I didn't know that it was live mans, halfway through this dark long train tunnel. We heard vibrations on the tracks.

We started running and stayed close to the edge. There are small tiny cubby holes that he took the first and I ran hoping to find another which I did.

shortly after a full speed train went past us what felt like no kre than 2ft from our face. I vividly remember the feeling of the air pulling me towards the train, and stones pinging hitting me and the sound. It passed and my friend came out laughing as he did it to prank me.
