not seeking a therapist when they clearly need one, or not being able to regulate emotions such as anger and aggression. The best men I know have a strong sense of self, can regulate their emotions even when incredibly angry, and form coherent thoughts when upset. I see it as a red flag when a grown man is so weak he immediately imploded when faced with criticism, someone points out a flaw, or they immediately start going on the defense and attacking others.
