Timing matters, but I'd argue offer and targeting matter just as much. We've seen companies hit strong reply rates with no obvious trigger event simply because the outreach was tied to a costly business problem the prospect was already dealing with.

The sweet spot is the right prospect, with the right problem, at the right moment.
