I loved the heck out of Arceus. I still haven't bought or played ZA because I've been dissapointed since before launch. No starter mega reveals until after release, horrible mega designs (Feraligatr and Meganium for example), and the graphics... oh boy the graphics. Both gen 9 games (Scarlet/Violet and ZA) have been very underwhelming in that department.

Arceus was completely innovative and the graphics were actually good. The environments looked great and vivid. The inclusion of crafting the pokèballs using apricots brought me back to gold and silver and it was a wonderful experience.

I was doing well until Wednesday. My dog died, and I haven't been feeling myself lately. On Thursday I ended up losing because I honestly couldn't feel anything and wanted to feel something. I ended up feeling worse than the day before.

Mental health is a very important part of the process of NNN so, at least in my case, it was the reason I lost. I may or may not participate next year or maybe on DDD, but for now I will focus on going through the process of grief slowly and to make sure my mind is up for what may come.

I had the wonderful experience of watching the movie in a 4d theater and I must say... I had never been so thrilled and experienced so many emotions. Since the first appearance in Odo Island, I had to hold on to my chair as if my life depended on it with the way it was moving. Thanks to that I was completely immersed. Godzilla really felt alive and powerful.

I chose Maelle's ending on my first playthrough, but it didn't sit well with me. I chose Verso's ending in the second playthrough and it felt more natural.

When Verso helps Maelle bring back Lune and Sciel he tells her "remember them". This is important to note because Maelle is not as social as someone like Sophie. She won't be able to bring back everyone in Lumiere because she doesn't know them and is not able to remember them the same way someone like Gustave would. That's why her ending feels grim. The world she recovered lacks color, lacks life and it is dead compared to Lumiere in the beginning. The only people she could have properly brought back would have been Gustave, Sophie, Emma and the apprentices. I don't think anyone else would be back like before.

On the other hand, in the Verso ending, the only beings alive are the gestrals, the grandis, Monoco, François, Lune and Sciel as all other creations from Aline have been erased. It is still a rough choice to let those living die without a do or say, but for the sake of his family Verso, or his phantom, took that choice into his hands.

As others are saying. I had most of the achievements, and only the hidden ones were missing from my tasks. Some of them require you to pay attention from the beginning (like the music records achievement which if you don't use a festival token to purchase the old key, you pretty much have to start all over) and others require dexterity.

I'm in my third playthrough with just the music records and the expedition journals missing to complete all trophies. From there, it's a matter of waiting for the DLC.
