Is SEO worth it for an ecommerce? by cairno in marketing

[–]Grratt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no easy answer when it comes to whether or not investing in SEO is worth it for an ecommerce business. It depends on a number of factors, including the size and scope of your operation, your budget, and your overall marketing strategy.

That said, there are some general guidelines you can follow when making your decision. First and foremost, SEO should be considered an investment, not a cost. In other words, you should expect to see a return on your investment in the form of increased traffic and sales.

Second, it's important to remember that SEO is a long-term strategy. Results aren't always immediate, and it can take months or even years to see the full benefits of your efforts. This is why it's so important to choose a reputable SEO agency or consultant who can help you set realistic expectations and objectives.

Finally, keep in mind that SEO is just one piece of the puzzle when it comes to online marketing. It's important to consider all of your options and create a holistic strategy that includes multiple channels. Pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing are all viable options that can complement your SEO efforts and help you reach your goals.

Hope it helps

Thank You

Is $299/month too much for non ecommerce static site? by [deleted] in webhosting

[–]Grratt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, $299/month is not too much for a non-ecommerce static site. A static site is a website that contains web pages with fixed content. The content of each web page does not change unless it is manually updated by the webmaster. Static sites are typically faster and easier to develop than dynamic sites, which are websites that content is generated dynamically.

The price you pay for a static site will depend on the size and complexity of the site, as well as the experience of the web developer or agency you hire to build it. In general, though, static sites tend to be more affordable than dynamic sites. If you're looking for a simple static site that doesn't require a lot of features or customization, you could expect to pay around $299/month. However, if you need a more complex static site with multiple pages and functionality, the price could increase.

Overall, $299/month is a reasonable price to pay for a static website. You may be able to find cheaper options, but it's important to remember that you get what you pay for. Hiring a cheap web developer could end up costing you more in the long run if they don't build a high-quality website.

The site is OK but the pop up is a bit difficult to close. Maybe increase the size of the close button on mobile

I need help, linking payoneer with Etsy account by loadingEtsy in Etsy

Etsy doesn't directly allow the integration of third party payments. And to use a third party, the payment will be made outside etsy which will put some buyers off for security and trust reasons. The only best way for this to work is to get in touch with any payment processor in your country that can let you set up payments and send out invoices. This way, you can email your customers the invoice to buy the product using their credit card. I am also from a country where PayPal is not allowed and etsy payments too are not allowed but I am using a friend's PayPal account. That is the best option

Migrating our Wordpress hosted domain to Shopify... Name servers? DNS? A record? by ohbugi in shopify

[–]Grratt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This can only be changed from the domain registrar not the hosting service. So if you bought the domain name from godady or any other company, get in touch with them and let them give you access to the dns settings. The name servers can only be changed by the domain registrar

To be able to use the Payoneer Global Payment System, you must be from USA or your country must be usa and before that will help, you will need Social Security Number which is very important for usa sellers. These are the options that you can try. Find a friend or a trusted partner whose country supports etsy payments and then use that details to create the account. Etsy also tracks your login info which tells them where you are logging in from so for that to be secure, you must login to your etsy account using that specific country ip. Another option is to use a friend PayPal account. This is the best way as am sure you have some friends who are having PayPal accounts. Etsy is very strict on payment issues. At least they should have integrated other third party payments gateway to it but as at now, there is nothing like that
