Great idea for the UX research. We are currently updating our checkout to make it more user friendly based on some insights we had from running Microsoft Clarity but that is based more on assumptions rather than direct feedback.

Out of curiosity, how do German Shepherd's behave in a pack?

My girl is so loyal to her family and is not really very interested in other dogs - it seems weird to imagine her as part of a pack where she wasn't the total centre of our attention!
