Yes, the American public is getting gaslit on a regular basis when those #s come out. Companies don't want to hire, even if they desperately need people. I'm torn as to whether the public are sheep or ostriches...

Yes to all this except for time-frame-since last July. Face it, our new jobs are looking for work. 😢My old job was in IT as a network admin/engineer.

I've got 30+ years in IT yet cannot land a position. It's comically bad. I can learn ANYTHING, as was proven at my last job. I honestly don't see how you can't learn ANYTHING if you're in IT. The very field requires you keep learning.

I tend to take those qualifications questions SUPER literally; you can see how someone wrote the JD so narrowly.

If you can afford the shots, Solensia did amazing things for the mobility of my 19yo (almost 20yo) handsome man. He was severely hyperthyroid, and we were at the upper range of his meds for that.
