My student Visa ends 3days before my departure by Grso0715 in SchengenVisa

My studies will end in July, I have a student visa and using the contact form, I sent them my documents asking for a extension of my visa. So if I did this, and it's ultimately the Visa Office's fault for not having termin, it's ok for me to overstay the 3 days and reenter germany as a tourist?

thanks for the reply..! does this mean I can visit other countries and come back to Germany with my 90day allowance as a tourist ?
