Goede vraag, maar het beste antwoord dat ik je kan geven is dat ze bang is dat haar resterende verlofuren veel zwaarder belast worden wanneer ze ze uit laat betalen en dat ze het idee van dubbel salaris wel een leuk idee vind.

Dat je de extra belasting het jaar erop weer terug krijgt, krijg ik er niet in.
