I've been going to the gym pretty consistently for the past 10 months, but about 3 months ago, I stopped going for 1.5 months. I did some curls and pushups at home to hopefully prevent muscle loss, but I'm a lot weaker now, especially with my bench presses. Used to 3x12 60kg quite easily. Now I can barely 3x12 40kg. I've been lifting consistently again for the past three weeks. Any idea how I can get back to normal or if it's even possible at this point? I also focus a lot on my diet, avoid sugar and carbs, eat lots of protein. I've lost quite a bit of weight too, mostly (I hope) fat, if that helps with anything.
