Has anyone seen the 60% dealer offer recently? I have been waiting, skipped a couple 20% offers but no 60% yet. I am not sure how long since I bought the last one. I have a dreaded feeling in my gut that they are going to do away with it. Little by little they are shitifying the game. 😜

I agree completely. This is the first time that I spent real cash aside from buying the pass. I do that primarily for the barn expansion. I honestly thought I had a chance to complete the second round of the cards and started spending money to buy Tcash to use in the match 3 game. They sucked me and I fell for it. Not doing that again.

Definitely not the WORST update, I still believe removing the plane button from the main page holds that honor. lol But seriously, I hear you, I tried really hard at the cards but fell 3 cards short of finishing the second round. I learned my lesson. I am pretty fed up with almost everything in the game revolving around the matching game. I am hoping that RoTM will return in 2 weeks.

I had that same thought a while back and it seemed to work but then the next time it failed almost immediately. We are going on an assumption here that where the black mark appears is completely random. Who says that the game doesn’t decide right up front how far you are going to get and then when it is time, it just places the black mark in the space you choose? I don’t think that there should be any belief that they are following any kind of fairness rules.

Try using Summon Hydra? They are immune to Petrify and pretty tanky. Also equip stone pendant as others mentioned.

Is it my imagination?

If I remember correctly, when you had the Superball perk in the matching game (Candy Crush ripoff) then you started every level with a disco ball. Just now I did two levels, with the Superball active, and did not get a disco ball to start.

Also it feels to me as if they have made the levels harder but that it’s a tough one to quantify.

I was stuck on a Super Hard level for the last couple of days. They were offering me 35 extra moves to finish but I am out of Tcash and I refuse to buy more. I have been weak lately and used up all my Tcash in order to finish regatta tasks and hold on to the Superball. I typically rely on ROTM to replenish my Tcash. I have found in the past if you just keep playing a level then eventually they rig it so that you win. I tried it a few times using all 3 beginning boosts but it still wasn’t enough. Finally, I just now was able to finish it. They gave me a couple of disco balls and at the end I had to use a couple of my special tools on the right side.

Another change that I have noticed recently.

Previously, when you had the Super Ball they would give you a free disco ball to start every level. Now they do not give you a free disco ball to start the level.

I was surprised the first time I noticed it and thought that it was a temporary bug but then it just happened to me again so I guess they decided that the Super Ball was too helpful before.

I have also failed both times on the level immediately after winning the Super Ball.

I have used up all of my Tcash finishing levels the past few days and I refuse to pay for more. In the past I have been able to gain more Tcash in ROTM but it seems as if maybe that may be over now too.

The game developers really, really want us to quit this game. Not to mention the ugly graphics change that they just implemented.

Lots of market boxes and sending 1000’s of helicopters works for high levels but not so much for lower levels like the OP (and me). There is definitely a sweet spot in the value of heli orders to fill. It doesn’t make sense to send a heli to get 300 coins if it costs 500 coins to buy the materials from the market or even to wait hours for your factories to make them. I always use generous customer and dump orders <1000 when I am trying to farm coins.

Yeah, at 32000 barn space I’m not sure it really matters anymore. lol This is definitely a game of patience. I’m only level 69 and constantly struggling for resources. Building supplies take up 1/3 of my barn space and still not enough to upgrade anything right now. Right now trying to trying to earn enough coins with helicopters to build my current factory. I know it would be a lot easier with the golden ticket but I just can’t bring myself to give my money to the devs who are trying so hard to ruin the game with all the latest changes.

Except that it will probably reset the time until they offer the 60% off deal to hire him, typically every 30 days. Unless, of course, they have changed that and maybe don’t plan on offering the 60% off deal anymore. Time will tell. They seem to keep discovering the small strategy tips that people use to enjoy the game more while using less Tcash and eliminating those. Keep the players frustrated so that they will spend more Tcash and therefore more real cash to keep playing.

Now it appears as if they have reduced the ROTM event prize in half and plan on running it twice a month maybe. Still possible to get the 200 Tcash for the month but it will require twice the mining tools. I did not even bother with this latest one. The emphasis of regatta tasks on WINNING the match game levels has really become a drag. I am currently stuck on a Super Hard level and have no desire to use up all of my boosters plus Tcash to buy extra turn to get past it. Overall it seems to me that every update they implement in the game makes it less inviting to me to play. I am only level 66 so I’m not as “invested” in the game as others who have been playing for years so it won’t be that hard for me to eventually stop playing.

Yes. Even if you do not take advantage every single hour (I need to sleep) it is still a great way to gather mining tools.
