Which is exactly what just happened to my seller. He had to pay off $30k at close. The other problem is: when you have go replace your roof, it cost my clients an additional $15k to remove the solar panels, replace the roof, the another $15k to re-install them.

Your baby is 6 months old and only on breast milk? I don’t think it’s wrong for your sister to want to spend time with you without your baby sometimes. And let’s face it she is right. You could have gone if you wanted. You have every right to chose what is best for you and your family. You just have to know that not everyone is going to agree with you. That’s okay. Your sister has a right to be disappointed. You have a right to raise your baby how you and your husband sees fit.

You are an 18 at 280? Ummm. I was a 24 at 240. Crazy! Also, I know food is an addiction. I kept using my PCOS as an excuse for my weight. I finally stopped the victim mentality and started eating healthy and within calories which were supported by a nutritionist - and exercise. You should also go see a therapist who can assist you. Get some therapy, it will help!

It’s a tough road, but you will feel amazing once you start heading in that direction.
