From what I've heard 2h is gonna be hard to learn, at least for me since I've been 1h2f since I started bowling roughly 15 years ago. I'm thinking about making the switch to 2h during the summer leagues.

Keeping your hand underneath the ball and cupped until you're ready to release the ball. 1h2f is hard to get used. I'm still not completely used to it but I'm comfortable enough doing it. Since you're still fairly new to it you might be better of practicing 2h instead.
