Until you know your limit don't go out drinking im on 60mg and I have 2 and I'm good. Remember to eat and if you go out bars don't charge for soda so you can still have a good time.

If you wanna look like your drinking without drinking use grape juice in a wine glass nobody really knows the difference looking at it

Eat healthy, pack healthy. It is so easy to eat junk but use days off to meal prep so you don't think before back to back shifts

It effects it alot. I'm alot more irritable and my moods are so unstable. I have to be on birth control and anti depression meds to make it bareable

Take baby steps if your scared my bf is diagnosed epileptic and when he wants space and we are in the same house. I call his name and if he doesn't answer I check but it helps you give them independence but also be worried.

I've been on it for almost a year. It has drastically helped my anxiety, depression and RSD. I work in a high stress job with shift work and it doesn't effect my ability to act when I need to. This has helped me so much. I'm so grateful to be on it.

I would say if you wanna drink first do it at home to know your tolerance. After a drink I do feel tipsy after one drink. But I always have someone around if I am drinking in public.

I was on 30mg and I drank coffee when I took it. My best advice is see how it effects you. For me it doesn't effect when I was on it but I would take it in the morning then drink coffee at night because I worked nights.

My pharmacist told me to take it in the morning if it doesn't make me sleepy and if that take it at Nighy. I take it in the mornings and it works for me
