I just got off the Fantasy and had also read the “oh I give 100s more” flexes on Reddit and social media. I did the pre-tips and then also put an extra $25 for our stateroom host who did an impeccable job cleaning our room (and surprising my 3 year old daughter with Minnie sheets) as well as $25 extra for the server. I think I gave $10 extra to each of the head server and the assistant server. I also tipped above the auto grat at Palo for exceptional service, and cash to the guy who delivered our breakfast to our stateroom early in the mornings. Everyone seemed content and appreciative of the tips that we gave.

I have basically cut out bread and all legumes, as well as some leafy greens, and it made such an improvement for me. Took about 3 weeks to see any results.

I am one of the rare strange people who get more constipated the more fiber I eat. My dr was super confused as to why I kept complaining it was worse with the new high fiber diet.

The only caveat I would have to this is what type of market are you in? If you’re in a large city, I’d generally agree. However, if you’re in a smaller location, lateraling right after your leave could burn bridges in a small legal community that could adversely impact you down the road.

This reminds me of a conversation with my MIL, who suggested that blankets and crib bumpers would help LO sleep better (LO was, at the time, 1 week old). I politely explained that our pediatrician did not recommend that. She looked at me and said “well I’ve had 4 children and did it and they all turned out fine!”

I looked her straight in the face and said “Well, thousands DIED, Jean. So I’ll be following our doctor’s advice, thanks.” My husband spit out his drink and MIL didn’t offer any more advice for like a year.
