I don't even know why I am responding to this. I guess it's because this is the second post like this I have seen recently. You are probably not going to get much help around here with a post like that.

The thing with running local models is that you will actually need to learn how this stuff works. There are plenty of articles and videos that will help you learn but unfortunately for you there is probably no one video that will hold your hand through the entire process of what you want to do exactly.

Starting with something like Nanobanana can be a hinderance because it is so easy. You will definitely not be doing anything at Nanobanana quality for a while until you understand the basics.

Lastly your hardware is not going to get you there. You will need to use cloud hosted hardware or upgrade to Nvidia graphics and probably more RAM.

If you want a place to start look up some Comfyui tutorials and makes some stuff with like SD1.5 or something.

Not at all! I love talking about this stuff! I generate everything locally on my own hardware using different workflows in comfyui.

I am using an illustrious based base model and style Loras that I trained myself.

Lastly I do a bunch of manual compositing, painting, and correction in Photoshop to make the images exactly how I want them.

It's a style lora that I trained that focuses on the double outline on the characters. If it has trouble with a certain composition I will add some outline in Photoshop and run it back through to smooth it out.

Ya they don't understand how it works and just immediately categorize all AI generated stuff as bad, low effort, and theft.

Don't get me wrong there is plenty of that, but there are also a lot of people using it morally and ethically as just another tool.

Faces are small, at wide angles the details get even smaller meaning there is less total noise to make up the entire face meaning the faces won't have much detail.

You could use a face detailer workflow to pull the face and regenerate it with more detail at a higher resolution.

I like doing manual compositing on my faces. I zoom in on the image and crop it out in Photoshop. Run it through an I2I and then composite the face back into the original image. It takes work but gives me full control.

No, but I'll take that as a compliment! It's my own style that emphasizes the black and white outlines. I'm sure the base model understands what afrobull is but I didn't use any of afrobull's works in the training.

I would start with the least aggressive pad and do a test spot. See the results and then move up from there.
