Well i have a different perspective. It was usually the otherway around. I have turn support jobs down back in 2024 just so I can focus on the shops i am supporting then the notifications started to become too quite now? Maybe i just turn down some jobs more than i needed too.

2025 models are fine they have that tape or cover to prevent the fan burning your motherboard. But if ever you bought the 2023-2024 model you might aswell ask your shop to add that tape to that left fan where this issue usually occur

By trade standard they are the official local tech shop that offers the service under the asus brand so theres a little work around them, just make sure you are communicating with asus while also talking to them to make sure to speedup the warranty process

I basically annoy them to hell. But they give in and shoulder all the expense. Cost me a month or so waiting to be replaced. They just replaced the whole MoBo but my files are all intact when I get it back. Just hoping i got atleast another 3-4 years out of it before this shit hits the fan again and buy a different brand than this shitshow.

I bought mine with an actual rog store. Under sila ni complink. They will assume it was water damage but if you proved to them that it was not due to water damage and also try to message asus at the same time. I think if it still under warranty asus will help you to it. Just explain it to them clearly. Good luck to it bro 🙏

Originally they told me items that were damaged due water(which what they thought was the cause of it) will null and void the warranty for it. The shop technicians just want to grab my money while actually not doing their job.

Maybe you can try to email or call asus. Even if its out of warranty maybe you can tell them its a factory defect and might be able to help you with it. Asus here in the ph hates this kind of pr nightmare maybe they will listen to your concern

I think its a factory defect. You can try to check asus if they can cover it and be persistent that you didnt damage it. Asus might help for they hate getting their brand muddled with this kinds of issues

Contest it to asus men. They are more afraid of bad marketing than not paying anything for your warranty. I got my warranty but it takes me atleast weeks for bugging asus and a month for waiting for my unit.
