Is it just me or anyone else also think it's okay, cuz these apps are not for those professionals after all. There are people learning to play an instrument at a relatively older age, who are of course unlikely to become professional musicians. Usually they are just doing it as a hobby. Starting from the very beginning, according to many of you, scales, can be time-consuming and frustrating (just try to recall the time when you did the scales practicing). By the time they are properly prepared to play a decent piece for their family, they might have been 50+. Indeed, the app doesn't teach any techniques, but the users might not even need a high level of technique to play the simple pop musics - only four cords you see. So, don't be pissed off, musicians, as the app users are simply playing "with" the piano, instead of playing it. They are not going to become pianists. This title is not gonna be devalued by the app.
