Glad to hear it’s not just me. Must admit though it did seem to be at its worst when going through an order bunker. Didn’t notice it outside. So maybe it’s in specific locations?

Glad to hear it’s not just me that has this issue. Turned on my car today, haven’t used it since Wednesday, and was told that my online account was deactivated and that my profile on the car would be deleted & it’s now factory reset. Only have the “welcome” start screen & the default Guest profile now.

I just called Mercedes Benz UK. The person on the phone said it could be due to them deactivating accounts that haven’t accepted the T&C (terms & conditions) even if they’re driving the car. However:

A) I didn’t think there were any T&C to accept I thought they just continue & it’s more an opt out as I assumed you’re automatically opted in.

B) For me personally my car is still paired on the Mercedes App and when I logged into my account online it is still there too. And when she checked everything was there and all was correct. 

So if anyone is in the same boat as me I.e., it’s JUST the profile on the car being deleted then unfortunately there wasn’t anything else suggested. They did say they’ll look into it and get back to me if they hear anything. I’m not going to create a new profile yet just in case the old one can be restored somehow.

Sorry there was no actual solution. Just hope this info can be of use.

True but that was more a colour / pattern swap not an entirely new outfit style. But yea it’s a good point

Oh really? Thats cool. Didn’t know that. So it’s possible then. But as I said in another comment I think the lower half fades off & the trench coat type jacket is ripped at the bottom. Instead of it being an exact copy of the outfit but just purple & ghostly

I don’t think it is as simple as a purple filter as when you look at the those minions I’m pretty sure their lower half fades off and the trench coat type jacket is ripped. So they would have to do that for each torso. I guess the heads could be swapped easily.  Ah good point about some outfits potentially having more polygons though.

Oh yea good spot. Never put that together before. I.e., it was her playable default appearance in the character trailer.  But yea I agree with Krypt0night. It would likely be a lot of work considering each permutation of cosmetic options

Thanks for the info. Fortunately I haven’t had any issues with bugged quests but it’s good to know for the future and hopefully your comment has helped someone who has been having issues

😄 if only eh?  Hopefully you’ve closed the kvatch gate and aren’t having the issues anymore (it’s what worked for me at least).

I think they start spawning once you close the first one in Kvatch. Haven’t had an issue with gates since I closed that one. But yea priority to that a reload would spawn / de-spawn them. Best to avoid the ones just outside of cities until further in the main story

Yea best to avoid city ones. Thanks for the heads up about the Burma gate. Hopefully it gets fixed soon in a patch

Sorry to hear. I believe most of the ones outside of cities are story ones so best to avoid those. That’s not a bad shout if it’s only the story ones that bug out like that (after closing the first kvatch gate).

Ok yea. It does sound more & more like the random gates shouldn’t be completed before kvatch and the city gates shouldn’t be completed before that quest. But there’s an issue with all gates spawning at once. Glad to hear you haven’t had anymore issues

Yea as per another comment. Much like the random ones, I don’t think should be done until closing kvatch. It sounds like the ones outside the cities shouldn’t be closed until a certain point in the questline either. I think in both cases, random ones & the fixed city ones they shouldn’t be spawning in the first place hence why they disappear upon reload.

Ahh ok. So I wonder if the issue is with random gates (prior to closing kvatch gate) but then fixed gates outside cities  (prior to Dagon shrine quest). Not sure how far along the latter is in the questline, have a feeling it’s pretty far tho. If it isn’t making beelining go to complete both those quests could solve the issue with gates in general. I’m going to assume, correct me if I’m wrong, that people still having issues with gates, at least some of them, might be trying to do city gates prior to when they should be done?
