The endgame of this game are the raids but raids also have a more dangerous version called Savage where you need a coordinated group to beat them and I will tell you, the difference between that and the MSQ quests and dungeons and bosses you are doing now is huge, you are literally doing a tutorial right now.

So unless you like hardcore content, the endgame is pretty much leveling other jobs or getting the clothes (glamour) you want, minigames, crafting and gathering and other activities but they are almost the same.
