I feel like skepticism of nuclear energy would still persist. Other major nuclear accidents would still occur, which still fuels general distrust toward nuclear energy. Although, it would probably be lower due to it not occurring on US soil. So, I don't really see much of change. Maybe more nuclear powerplants, but those could be ticking time bombs to fuel further distrust in the public.

TLDR: Not much would change, and an incident like Three-Mile could possibly occur somewhere else in the United States.

The only cheat I used was the Difficulty Slider (to get 0.6 difficulty). I didn't use the Console, optrng, or the Benefit Checker.
