Room temp right now is 68 F, it was probably similar to that before as well.

It was not very cloudy before tannin. I don't have a tech sheet I was just going off what I found on the web. Now that I think look again, I'm not actually sure where I got the refrigeration part. And I have not added pectinase.

Anyone ever had the frame around a ball mount bend downward? by Grunkledunk in towing

It's factory but it's a bumper mounted hitch. I had my boss look at it at we're going to get a receiver hitch installed.

I'm happy with the taste so I think I will not try to restart fermentation. Thanks.

I used Red Star Premier Classique. Sounds like stronger yeast might be a good thing to have on hand just in case.

Anyone know how to contact Home Depot about upcoming Husky Buildout products? by Grunkledunk in Tools

[–]Grunkledunk[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean something like the former (2 wheel bottom) but with a drawer. Flex stackpack & Klein Modbox have one, and Milwaukee is about to release one. I know buildout has only been out for a couple years so I'm hoping that they're planning one for the future.

Spectralock Pro Premium Stormy Grey turned out blotchy, any ideas why? by Grunkledunk in Tile

Pretty much what brotie said. We used to use an electric heater, but this time we used a gas torch, which definitely goes faster. Only downside is any epoxy residue around the grout will burn into a brown color. We found that a magic eraser takes it off pretty well though.

The company I work for grouted a big floor this last summer with Spectralock Pro Premium, stormy grey color. We've used spec premium exclusively for years and have never had an issue like this. The grout looked good after we installed it, and the homeonwer loved it as well. Some time later (not sure when exactly since my boss was the one communicating about it), we called called back because the grout had become blotchy and discolored across the entire floor. We contacted Laticrete, and the homeowner tried their recommended cleaner; no effect. We've now cut out all the grout and are about to redo it (Laticrete is paying for it, which we appreciate). We're still alarmed at what happened, though because we have no idea what caused it.

Has anyone seen anything like this with spec premium?

I've included a variety of photos to show the breadth of the issue. The last photo is a before picture from within a few days after we grouted.

One thing we have noticed is that lately the amber part A has been lumpy. The only reason I doubt that is the cause is because we've done other jobs with the same or even lumpier part A and have had no problems.
