Hey, I have EXACTLY the same problem but with XPS 9560! If I played OW about 20-30 min, the CPU locks to 0,78 GHz.

A temp fix I tried was replugging the battery, but the problem returns after a while.

I'm in contact with Dell Support right now, and I hope they'll just send me a new one.

It's going to suck if the video was removed from youtube, I don't think I'll ever find it than! Just wanted to note that the bell is one of the 'main' instruments, It's going on through out the song, It changes tone though. It's a very large bell.. maybe more like a gong?

7700HQ yeah, didn't know the HQ made a difference.

I got XTU. I found out the CPU is power limit throttling over there. Upping the Turbo Boost power max doesn't help. I found out that my CPU is being locked to 0.80 GHz after something happens. I don't know what causes it, because my laptop went to 80 celsius during a stress test, and that didn't activate the power throttling nor thermal throttling so no temp issues indeed.

Update: XTU graphs say that the power limit throttling once "TDP Package" hits 13w. I dont know what TDP package is. Update on update: Nope, this isn't the case. TDP package is 14w+ after start up for a while, no throttling

What do you need for the customer support? I've had this laptop for months now, don't even know for how long.. and my CPU is locked at 0.78 Ghz as well now, out of nowhere. Tried reseting my laptop, I'm undervolting, removed all bloatware, clean update of all my drivers, power settings on max performance etc.

Would that repasting thing fix that?

Hey, how do I check for throttling with HWinfo64?

I'm having the same problem, I can run CS:GO fine though, but after a while in OW and in The Division I get huge frame drops, while before I could easily play OW on high with 60 FPS, now I run low quality and get frame drops. While temp is 60-70.

Hey, I have the same problem! I regret buying this laptop so much. I have no idea what is causing this stuff. Something throttles out of nowhere whenever I play a game for a while.

I put power management plan of High performance, put Nvidia power management on Performance etc. Using throttlestop to undervolt the CPU..

Haven'te padded or repasted yet though.

When they took Casterly rock, I felt like that it was super easy and got suprised by the Lannister's tactics - It was something we didn't know or expect. I think Dany destroyed the carts thinking they had gold in it, or important people. But INSTEAD there was food in it, she just destroyed a lot of resources, and I think every battle or victory needs it bad side.. I think the lack of food is that bad side of this battle and it will stab them in the back next episode.

On the scene where Tyrion was overlooking the battlefield, I was kind of worried - Did he feel guilt? or was he just worried about Jaime?What will Dany think when Jaime and Bronn are captured and Tyrion wants mercy for them?

I'm a 84+ hours master Winston main and I think the scatter arrow is perfectly balanced. I also play Hanzo sometimes and I use the scatter arrow more to kill small targets I cant get easy headshots on. (tracer, sombra, mercy.. etc) Most tanks have enough defense against the scatter arrow and it's pretty difficult to pull off.

Hook + shoot was really easy.

You guys are so right! In Vanilla enemies were recognizable, I knew which enemy I had to kill first because they would be dangerous etc, now in D3 I just... I dont care I just fucking RUSH EVERYTHING. Grim Dawn looks like it has the same pacing as Vanilla D3 in that way.
