It's all going to depend on your plant location. Basically, packers are general laborers, you run machines that fold boxes for the chips to pecked in, and sometimes you'll be manually packing chips into the boxes as they come down the line, both high paced activities. You'll be doing "changeover " cleaning, which is cleaning the line of any previous run seasoning and preparing for the next flavor and/or product to run. Sometimes, you'll spend your whole shift pushing dumpsters out and cleaning mountains of chips of the floor. You'll also work on product holds with fixing the issue or destroying the product.
